Sultry September Post-Retro

I hope this email finds you well and in good health. These last few weeks have been very busy for me with the end of summer and all that goes with it. Not to mention that Mercury retrograde that I am sure everyone got a chance to feel. I wanted to write out some of my thoughts about what I feel is something we all need to take more seriously, our mental well being. In the long run, if you don't take care of yourself mentally you will suffer in other areas of your life. The power of your mind is incredible but you also need to take time out to reset and reevaluate what is going on in your life. To me there is so much white noise going on that it’s sometimes hard to stop and do an inventory of how everything is affecting you. For example, when you are saying your affirmations? Do you know what you are affirming to?
Everyone has goals and aspirations but how many of us are willing to put the time, money and energy into making something happen in their lives. I have a friend who is starting something brand new in the real estate game, a raffle auction. What is that? It's an opportunity to bid on a brand new home here in California. Next we have the Candle of the Month and since we are in Virgo time I thought the best color for this exquisite sign would be Pure White. It's such a delicate color and I add vanilla and jasmine aromatherapy essential oils to enhance the aroma and the color. Along with powerful affirmations how could you not make your life a lot better? I know it doesn’t seem like a handmade soy candle made with the finest ingredients could have such an effect, but it does. I know my candles are not cheap but they are truly worth it. Think about it, you spend money on keeping your car in working order so why would you not do the same for your mental well being?
