Last Quarter of 2022
What a strange but interesting year we have been having. The pandemic truly changed our world but we have grown and learned so much. That normal life cycle we have had for many moons has changed and I think for the better. I don't take time for granted anymore. I hope you have found some positives in your journey too. As we enter this last quarter of the year, I would like us all to appreciate the family, friendship, and people in our everyday lives that make us who we are. Third, join my monthly classes! I do monthly mindful guided meditation classes with Zoom. These classes are there to help to reinforce the Affirmation aromatherapy candles within a group setting. All sessions give the end user a chance to calm down the nervous system and focus the mind and body on YOU! How many of us need to slow down all the outside noise and listen to our hearts? I bet you can use that right now. Don't miss this chance to relax and get back in touch with your emotional and psychological side of yourself. If you can get centered in your emotions and your mind then your spiritual being can show you what your heart truly needs.
